Course Description

Updated for the new 2019-20 themes and tasks, this course will implant strategies and language in novice and intermediate level courses that will set the groundwork for proficiency.
With an eye on tasks and skills essential to success on the AP World Language and Culture exams, you will learn to put a huge emphasis on reading strategies embedded in Integrated Performance Assessments throughout your program. You will create interpersonal and presentational speaking comparisons so that proficiency will skyrocket. Units are fresh, original and flexible. Students learn by doing and by controlling their learning environment.
By personalizing our unit template with its interlocking core activities, you can transform the culture of the classroom into one of joviality, team-work and quasi-immersion. You will need access to your entire language curriculum. This is an opportunity to write curriculum and redesign your approach to second language acquisition.
