Stephanie Margetts, M.S.

Workshop Facilitator

Stephanie Margetts’s career in education has taken her around the world through leadership positions in the Middle East, Mexico, and Peru. Certified in English Language Learning as well as K-12 administration, she is a fluent Spanish Speaker.  Stephanie has  worked successfully to steer the development of dual-language schools as both a principal and leadership coach. In addition she has served as the Director of Boston’s College Two Way Immersion Network with the Roach Center. Stephanie has deepened her leadership practice in multilingual environments as Regional Director at the helm of a 7-school region in Peru. 

Her educational leadership style blends close attention to multicultural issues with flexible integration of pedagogical frameworks, while prioritizing relationship-building and community connections. She sees the work of educational leadership as 360-degree bridge-building, reaching inside and outside of structural hierarchies to enlist administrators, staff, teachers, and students in the shared mission and values of bilingualism.  Her work as a coach and consultant focuses on making research based strategies that are both practical and adaptable for everyday use in the classroom. 

Stephanie holds a MS in educational leadership from National University in San Diego. She holds active teacher and leadership certifications in California and Massachusetts:
