This webinar with Maureen Lamb will review the new ACTFL Proficiency Guidelines. By providing additional clarity and updating these guidelines, these guidelines will become the basis of national standards and give a more clear common understanding of expectations. We will look at the newly interpreted understandings of proficiency and performance as well as how the new FACT model will apply to proficiency in Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing.
